Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your jewelry to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
Free Returns: To ensure a hassle-free experience, GEMME Joaillerie covers all your return shipping costs. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Refund: A full refund for your order (including the initial standard shipping costs) will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase within a maximum of 14 days after we receive and verify the condition of the jewelry.
Note: In accordance with Article L221-28, this right does not apply to orders that have been significantly personalized (specific engravings, custom-made pieces, as well as our one-of-a-kind and exceptional pieces).
Special case for pre-orders of unavailable items:
This category of jewelry is not eligible for free returns within 14 days.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with the applicable provisions of European Union law regarding consumer protection, the Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision or incur any costs other than those provided for in this policy.
This period begins on the day after the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of:
• the item, in the case of an order for a single item;
• the last item, in the case of an order for multiple items delivered separately;
• the last batch or the last unit, in the case of an item delivered in multiple batches or units.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Company of their decision before the expiration of the fourteen (14)-day period by means of an unambiguous statement.
This notification may be sent to:

• or via the cancellation form available on the Website, if one is provided.
The Customer may use the provided withdrawal form template, though its use is not mandatory.
3. Returning Products
After exercising their right of withdrawal, the Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days to return the relevant products.
Products must be returned:
- in their original condition;
- complete, undamaged, and accompanied by all applicable accessories;
- in packaging that ensures their protection during shipping.
GEMME Joaillerie will cover the full cost of return shipping. Return instructions will be provided to the Customer upon receipt of their request to cancel the order.
The Customer is solely responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
4. Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, GEMME Joaillerie will refund the Customer all amounts paid for the returned products, including any standard shipping costs charged at the time of the order.
The refund will be issued no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which GEMME is notified of the decision to withdraw.
However, in accordance with applicable regulations, GEMME may defer the refund until the products have been physically received or until the Customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method of refund, at no additional cost to the Customer.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:
• products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications;
• products that are significantly personalized or custom-made;
• any other product subject to a legal exception to the right of withdrawal.
Consequently, jewelry, creations, or other items made specifically at the Customer’s request or personalized according to the Customer’s choices (dimensions, engraving, stones, materials, design, or any other specific characteristic) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the event of a lack of conformity or a legally recognized defect.
This exclusion does not affect the Customer’s rights under applicable legal warranties, particularly in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
